GobLab UAI is part of the Ibero-American network of public innovation, Innolabs. Promoted by NovaGob.Lab from Spain, its aim is to turn laboratories into key actors in public innovation. The network is funded by the Ibero-American Program on Science and Technology for Development, CYTED.

GobLab is part of the Network of Universities for Public Innovation (UnInPública), which seeks to respond to the social demand for transformation through knowledge. It helps redefine the way in which universities and scientific centers relate to their environment and territories, enabling the generation of systemic approaches that facilitate social change.
