Guide to Ethical Formulation of Data Science Projects

Through a simple methodology and practical examples adjusted to Chilean reality and regulations, this guide aims to be a valuable support for planning, formulating and developing decision making systems or decision support systems based on artificial intelligence or algorithmic models in the public sector, avoiding discrimination biases, lack of transparency or misuse of personal data, among other potential problems.
